Many constituents have been in touch with me about problems caused by short-term lets in their community.

To address this issue head on, I have launched a Westminster Short-Term Lets Commission, which is aiming to take action on short-term lets which are breaking existing rules, particularly around illegal subletting, anti-social behaviour, and operating short-term lets for more than 90 days without planning permission. 

I am acting directly on problematic short-term lets in the constituency, if you are aware of issues with these in your building or neighbourhood please flag them with me below and I will action them with Westminster City Council and the relevant platforms.
